Pursuing Possibilities

Our Vision for Eye Care and Corrective Lenses

Eye Care will be one of the primary Hospital deliverables, given the high need in the region.    We  hope  to  create a  corrective  lense and  frame  assembly  manufacturing  capability   within  the  Hospital  Building.    Our Med-aCar  program  has  proven the  benefit having already provided eye checkups and corrective lenses where necessary to over a 1000 children and adults.    Only a fraction of the population  wear  corrective  lenses  despite the  fact  that 15  Million  people  in  IgboLand  are  estimated  to  require  them.
